Hummingbird Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting
With spring just around the corner, I’m craving everything that speaks to the season. Hummingbird cake uses the fresh ingredients of spring such as pineapple and bananas, and a sprinkling of toasted pecans. The Spruce Eats recipe requires very little prep time and is so pretty to display for guests. To cut calories a bit, try frosting it in this semi “naked” style with part of the cake showing on the side. Enjoy!
