As soon as the holidays are over and the house is back in order, I want to try some new and adventurous ideas in cooking, decorating and, of course, cocktails. Light and fresh come to mind, so here is a mango-tarragon martini inspired by Food and Wine Magazine. Substitute the gin for the vodka, but don’t ignore the tarragon - it’s the adventurous part of the cocktail. Enjoy!
