Most of us are back to school or in work mode routine, which means we can say goodbye to the lazy days of summer. No more last-minute dinner decisions or eating late; we need to have a schedule. Although the weekdays can be long, between the hours spent in school, after-school activities, and homework, meal planning should not occupy much time.
