Over the years I’ve tried most types of nail applications: silk, acrylic and gel trying to achieve a shiny nail that is long-lasting. Some have been more successful than others (why didn’t someone tell me not to wash a car after I just got acrylic nails)? Gel nails are long-lasting but it’s hard to commit to the lengthy application and take off process. Now I think I have found the perfect solution: Gel Lab Pro polish by Deborah Lippmann. There are so many pluses to this nail polish: it comes in a variety of beautiful colors, you can apply it yourself (or have your manicurist do it), there is a base and top coat that further extend the long wearing time, no damage to nails, and you apply and take off just like any other regular nail polish.
