Door Decor
When we moved into our 1930’s Colonial inspired house we were blessed with inheriting very nice crystal doorknobs on every, I mean every door. Our house has an old fashioned, non-open concept layout, so there are many doors that close off rooms on all sides: hence, a ton of doorknobs. Having that many doors, I found that hanging a little something on the knobs inspired interest.
Here a scented tassel distinquishes that this door leads to the powder room.
A small baybery evergreen wreath welcomes you into the kitchen.
Chinese inspired tassels made with gold silk threads add that final touch to an already stunning door.
