Raspberry Champagne Cocktail/Dessert
This recipe is quite possibly the easiest thing to put together for a dessert or as a cocktail - there are only three ingredients, yet the visual appeal and the taste pack on the WOW factor.
Raspberry Champagne Cocktail/Dessert
Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
1 bottle champagne, I used Gruet Brut
1 pint raspberry sorbet, I like Talenti’s Roman Raspberry Sorbet
raspberries or mint for garnish
Instructions
Using a cookie scoop, add 1 scoop raspberry sorbet to coupe, champagne flute or wine glass.
Fill with champagne and top with fresh raspberries or mint. Serve immediately!
